We assist entrepreneurs, starting from advising on the choice of the legal form of running a business, through the process of establishing a company, association or foundation, to preparation of all necessary contracts, documents, applications and completion of procedures related to running a business (including creating websites, e-commerce, GDPR matters).
We provide legal services required on an everyday basis to purse business, including ongoing advice, conducting trainings, business negotiations and court disputes. Depending on the circumstances and needs of the client, we provide our services in our office or in other locations.
